House is located in a complex in Reedy Creek called Boca Rotan, it has barbecue facilities and lovely swimming pools to relax in. It is near bus stops and the Varsity Lakes train station which is only a 10 minute walk away. It only takes 5 minutes to drive to Robina Town Centre and 10 minute to drive to Bond University.
Rent will be $170 per week for unfurnished room or $190 per week if you want the room to be furnished. Bond will be upfront payment of 4 weeks rent and electricity will be split 50/50. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Would like prospective house mate to come have a look & meet me first before deciding.
